You are invited to prepare spiritually for the High Holidays with Rabbi Rosalind Glazer and the BIJ community in an enriching and insightful class during the Jewish month of Elul. We will explore the powerful seasonal practice of teshuvah in cultivating a life lived more fully with honesty, integrity and joy.
This free 3-part class will be held on Wed. evenings on Sept. 3, Sept. 10 and Sept. 17 in the Fireside Room.
Discussions and exercises will be based on the "Zen Rabbi" Alan Lew's book, This is Real and You are Completely Unprepared, which should be purchased in advance of the class.
